Why Bayside?

Bayside’s founder, Marie Thibodeaux, earned the reputation as a seasoned Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) whose integrity, reliability, and professional demeanor was supported by a growing list of satisfied clients. She was part of the rapid growth of Community Associations on the Space Coast over the past 40 years. Sara LaPointe joined the business in 2005 and became owner/President in 2021. Having supervised and managed numerous Associations, she has experienced and resolved many hurdles presented by a wide range of diversified properties. Specializing in customer service and building relationships within our communities is Bayside’s true measure of success!
